At Qualitycare Nursing, training and development form the core of our business philosophy. Every new employee at Qualitycare is assessed regularly to help us identify training needs. We encourage staff to focus on their own educational interests. We also provide financial support for nurses who wish to undertake external courses, workshops or short-term training relevant to their roles. Qualitycare staff is also encouraged to attend any in-house education offered by our clients to understand their needs better and provide better service.

We also offer many other further educational opportunities and materials via our own education consultant, including internal education, external education and competencies assessment.
